It comes in four width sizes and an extra-tall length. Included with the Mighty Rest Bed is one set of half-rails and a standard foam mattress.

The WOK air hospital bed mattress has a 1000 lbs. capacity and is designed to accommodate bed frames of 39", 48", 54" & 60" widths. The hospital bed mattress operates in Alternating or Static Low-Air Loss modes. The alternation mode features a 1 in 3 alternation.
Wheelchairs of Kansas also offers a pressure reduction hospital bed mattress. This mattress is 7" thick and features ehanced weight capacity.
